Product Image Exporter ("PIE," "we," "us," or "our") provides a Shopify application that helps merchants organize, select, and export product images from their store catalogs. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, and protected when merchants install or use Product Image Exporter.

1. Information We Access

When a merchant installs Product Image Exporter, the application may access Shopify store information necessary to provide its image organization and export features.

This may include:

• Shop and store identification information.
• Product and collection information.
• Product titles and related catalog information.
• Product image URLs and product image metadata.
• Application installation and authorization information.

Product Image Exporter does not require access to protected customer data to provide its core functionality.

2. How We Use Information

Information accessed through Shopify is used to:

• Display merchant products, collections, and product images within PIE.
• Allow merchants to select and organize product images.
• Create saved image lists and collection-based workflows.
• Generate merchant-requested product image exports.
• Maintain application functionality and security.
• Diagnose technical issues and improve the application.

We do not sell merchant or customer information.

3. Product Images and Exported Files

PIE accesses product images associated with a merchant's Shopify catalog to provide image selection and export functionality. Product images are processed for the purpose of displaying them in the application and creating exports requested by the merchant.

Exported image files are generated at the merchant's direction. Merchants are responsible for the use, storage, and distribution of files they download from PIE.

4. Saved Lists and Application Data

PIE may store application-specific information such as saved image lists, image selections, subscription information, and application settings required to provide the service.

This information is used only to operate and support Product Image Exporter.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent merchant data. Information may be processed by service providers that support the operation, hosting, and technical delivery of Product Image Exporter.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of the service.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Application data is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide PIE, maintain application records, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security of the service.

Product Image Exporter supports Shopify's required data privacy and deletion processes. When Shopify sends an applicable shop data deletion request, PIE processes the request and removes applicable stored shop data in accordance with Shopify requirements and applicable law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information processed by Product Image Exporter. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their use of product images and exported files complies with applicable laws, agreements, intellectual property rights, and their own privacy obligations.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Product Image Exporter changes or as legal and operational requirements evolve. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
